Prices are shown excluding VAT: the tax that applies according to your country and your tax status is added to the amount, itemised before you pay and on the invoice. Tiers are measured in active clients; the AI add-ons (assistant and recipes) are taken out separately from the dashboard. The annual plan gives you 2 months free: you pay for 10 and use 12. The AI add-ons aren't included in that discount: they're paid monthly, all 12 months.
There's no open free trial: the 30 days on the Elite plan with no card are a gift from whoever invites you, so if you know a coach who already uses OnTrain, ask for their link before you create your account. Moving up a plan applies straight away, with a discount for the unused time on your current one; moving down (or from annual to monthly) applies at your next renewal. What you've already built (programmes, videos, forms) isn't deleted when you move down: only creating more is limited. Every client whose profile you haven't closed counts towards your limit, including those who haven't replied for a while: their profile and their history are still there. Pending invitations also take up a place until they expire; closing a client's profile frees it up.
