On OnTrain, coaches upload their own videos, photos and audio to work with their clients. We do not create them or review them in advance. If you believe something in here infringes your rights or the law, let us know here and we will look into it.

What happens when you notify us

We send you an acknowledgement by email within 24 hours, as long as you have left us an address.
We look for the content and decide. We may remove it, leave it or ask you for more details if we cannot find it.
We tell you our decision within 7 days. If we remove something, we also explain it to whoever uploaded it, so that they can respond if they disagree.

None of this takes away your option of going to the courts or to the relevant authority whenever you wish.

Before you write

It helps us enormously if you tell us where the content is, as precisely as possible. Almost everything uploaded to OnTrain is private between a coach and their client, so there is no public search engine where we can find it: without a specific clue (a link, the coach's name, the exercise's name) we may not be able to find it.

Where is it?Paste the exact link if you have it. If not, describe it as best you can: the coach's name, the exercise's name, when you saw it.
